More about cookies and privacy

Privacy

What this website collects through its forms and tools, and how long it keeps it.

Who we are

[To be supplied by Boyd — legal review required]: the legal name of the company that runs this website, its address, and who to contact about privacy.

What our forms collect

This website has four forms. Most of them send what you enter to a Boyd inbox by email, and all of them store it on this website.

  • Send a message (Contact us): what describes you (designer or specifier, fit-out partner, reseller or other), your name, email and message, and your company and phone number if you add them.
  • Send us your space (Contact us): your photos or plans, what it’s for, what the space needs to do, your timing, what describes you, your name and email, and your room size, colours you like, company and phone number if you add them.
  • Order samples (Colours and textures): the samples you choose, a delivery address, your name and email, and a project name and company if you add them.
  • Download the specifier pack (Specifier resources): your name and email.

We use your details only to answer your request.

[To be supplied by Boyd — legal review required]: any other use of these details, and who else may see them (for example the stockist or installer you’re referred to).

Photos and plans you upload

The Send us your space form takes up to 5 files: photos or plans as JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB each. Other file types are refused.

How long we keep it

Entries from Send a message, Send us your space and Order samples, including any photos and plans you uploaded, are deleted from this website automatically 90 days after they’re sent.

Requests to download the specifier pack are kept with our other form records until you ask us to delete them.

[To be supplied by Boyd — legal review required]: how long copies sent to the Boyd inbox by email are kept.

Find a stockist and your location

On Find a stockist, the Near me button asks your browser for your location, only when you press it and only if you allow it. Your device works out the nearest region and suggests it for you to confirm. Your location never leaves your device and isn’t stored. The page then asks this website only for the stockists in the region you choose.

You can always search by postcode or choose a region instead.

Our staff on this site

[To be supplied by Boyd — legal review required]: how staff names, photos and contact details are shown with their consent.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This website uses a few that it needs to work, for example to protect our forms and to show a message after you send one. These are always on.

If we use cookies for analytics (counting visits) or advertising, we ask you first, and they only start if you say yes. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

We never send your name, email address or phone number to analytics or advertising tools.

The maps on our Contact us page come from Google Maps. Nothing loads from Google until you press Show map. Once you do, Google may set its own cookies.

The full list of cookies this website uses, what each one does and how long it lasts is at the end of this page.
